Most change programs fail – according to Forbes magazine (2019) approximately 70% of them do not achieve the desired outcome. Common reasons for failure are human reasons – lack of engagement, poor communication and a lack of clarity.

Change does not have to be hard work. Understanding where our experience comes from is key, resulting in a long term change in outlook, motivation, reduction of stress and heightened work capacity, all without having to invest in extra time or resources.

Coaching helps to break down the barriers to change – looking at things from an alternative perspective to take away the fear and embrace the new as a positive force. This can be change in the workplace, or in school or in your everyday life, where your current thinking may be holding you back from fulfilling your potential.
